The purpose of this forum was to provide support and guidance to employment providers as they struggle to continue to meet the needs of job-seekers and workers with disabilities during this time. In this episode, Jessica Stover from Networks for Training and Development shares ways to recognize how stress and anxiety physically manifest in the body and some self-care strategies to use when you’re feeling overwhelmed.
